The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on 29 February 2024.

The total number of shares on the register at the close of business on 27 February 2024, being those eligible to be voted on at the AGM, was 256,441,253.
