This has been underpinned by multiple repeat transactions with key institutions such as L&G, CBRE GI, Brookfield and Get Living.

Our nationwide vertically integrated platform offers a market leading internal capability to develop, deliver and operate schemes, with a critical component being our market leading operator, Fresh. This allows us to deliver schemes which fulfil the criteria of our customers and investors, with Fresh offering unique insight of how best to create vibrant communities and meet residents’ needs. Equally, ESG is the bedrock of what we do, and we focus on high ESG criteria to deliver high quality future-proofed assets which fulfil our investors’ objectives.
